The kickoff meeting for the lean system construction of Shanghai Aeolon Group was successfully held on April 21, 2017 at the Nanhui Base. Group leader Li made a three-year plan and outlook for the lean project. Base leaders Ji, Xie, and Zhang also attended the meeting and gave important speeches. Project leader Yuan and external teacher Lv introduced and arranged the specific work of the lean project in 2017。
